外国人申请来华工作签证有哪些步骤？

1. 入境前需要申办外国人工作许可通知书

首次来华工作的外国人需先工作许可通知书。工作许可通知书由申请人在中国的雇主提交。用人单位需要在外国人来华工作服务系统网站上获得工作许可通知书。
Foreigners who come to China to work for the first time need to obtain a work permit. The work permit is provided by the applicant's employer in China. Employers need to obtain the work permit on the website of the Foreigners Working in China Service System.
2. 申请工作签证
Apply for a work visa
在拿到工作许可通知书之后，申请人就能到中国驻外大使馆申请工作签证了。但是还是建议在拿到工作签证之后再订机票更为稳妥。
After receiving the work permit notice, the applicant can apply for a work visa at the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad. However, it is recommended to book the flight ticket after obtaining the work visa.
3. 入境后办理临时住宿登记及体检
Temporary accommodation registration and medical examination after entry
申请人必须在抵达中国后24小时内办理临时住宿登记，假如申请人入住酒店的话，酒店会按照相关联规定登记住宿，并将申请人的住宿登记信息报告给当地派出所。但是假如申请人住在酒店以外的住所，申请人必须到当地派出所登记临时住宿。除此之外，体检也是申请工作签证的必备文件。《外国人体检报告》由官方指定的医疗机构或旅游保健机构填写。
提示：体检前一天禁止饮酒，体检当天上午请勿进食。
Applicants must register for temporary accommodation within 24 hours after arriving in China. If the applicant stays in a hotel, the hotel will register the accommodation in accordance with relevant regulations and report the applicant's accommodation registration information to the local police station. However, if the applicant lives in a residence other than a hotel, the applicant must go to the local police station to register for temporary accommodation. In addition, a physical examination is also a necessary document for applying for a work visa. The "Foreigner Physical Examination Report" is filled out by an officially designated medical institution or travel health care agency.
Reminder: Do not drink alcohol the day before the physical examination, and do not eat on the morning of the physical examination.
4.申请工作许可

做完体检拿到临时住宿登记单之后就能到外国人在华工作服务系统网站上申请中国工作许可。
After completing the physical examination and obtaining the temporary accommodation registration form, you can apply for a Chinese work permit on the Foreigners Working in China Service System website.
5. 办理居留许可
Apply for residence permit
做完以上几步之后就能办理居留许可了，仅有拥有居留许可才能在中国进行长期居留，申请人必须在抵达中国后30天之内到公安局办理居留许可，申请人必须亲自到当地出入境管理局提交相关联材料。

Applicants must go to the Public Security Bureau to apply for a residence permit within 30 days after arriving in China.
