核酸检测及抗体血液证明

所有乘客须提供中国驻沙特大使馆授权检测机构出具的COVID-19核酸检测阴性证明原件和COVID-19血液抗体检测结果证明(SARS-CoV-2 lgG抗体检测)，且检测报告出具时间须在出发时间前48小时以内。

HS绿色认证国际健康码

中国公民须在检测结果出具后24小时内扫描以下二维码，填报个人健康情况，并上传核酸检测阴性结果证明。经中国大使馆审查后，乘客将获得带有“HS”标识的绿色健康码。

健康申报表（非中国公民）

非中国公民须在飞行前提前将COVID-19核酸检测阴性证明原件和COVID-19血液抗体检测结果证明及其他所需文件以电子邮件形式发送至中国驻沙特大使馆指定邮箱来获取认证的健康状况申明书。

在线海关电子健康申报

所有乘客须扫描以下微信官方小程序“海关旅客指尖服务”，完成在线海关电子健康申报。

所有乘客在值机柜台均需签署一份健康承诺申明，方能允许登机。

PCR and Blood IgG Test

All guests must provide negative PCR test original reports (COVID-19) performed within 48 hours before departure in China Embassy appointed hospital.
Must provide Blood IgG test must be provided with negative original reports (SARS-CoV2 IgG antibodies test) performed within 48 hours before departure in China Embassy appointed hospital.

GREEN HS Barcod （Chinese only）

For Chinese, negative PCR test must be uploaded into Health Barcode within 24hours report issued by China Embassy to get to GREEN HS Barcode before check in.

Endorsed Health Statement Form (For Non-Chinese) 

For non-Chinese, test results must be emailed to China Embassy to get Endorsed Health Statement Form and check before check-in.

Online E-custom declaration

Declare “GACC Notice for E-custom declaration” online within 24houurs before entry China.

Health commitment of statement”

All passengers should fill and sign the"Health commitment of statement"before check-in
