1、A travel document, issued less than 10 years ago, containing at least two blank pages, with a period ofvalidity at least 3 months longer than the date on which you intend to leave the Schengen Area or, in thecase of a long stay, at least three months longer than the expiry date of the visa requested. Be sure totransmit (scan) ALL PAGES of your travel document containing visas, entry and exit stamps or any otherinscription

2、If you are not a national of your country of residence: proof that you are legally resident in that country (e.g.residence permit).If you have an official travel document, a note verbale is required.

6、SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL SITUATION 社会职业状态
Proof of socio-professional status (e.g. employment contract, certificate of employment, extract from thetrade and companies’ register, school attendance certificate, proof of pension) and any documentsdemonstrating the applicant’s personal links to the country of residence (e.g. copy of marriage certificate,family record book).
标明申请人职位、工资、工作年限、年假或单位缺席许可，还有签字人身份及职位的工作单位证明，持章公司公章的公司注册执照副本或公司营业执照或机构法人代表证明。已婚无业者：提交配偶工作单位证明和工资证明，还有经外交部公证认证的结婚证明

7、FUNDS经费
Bank statements, pay slips, pension statements.银行卡（信用卡或储蓄账户除外）近三个月进出账单，银行证明，或退休金详单，或其余固定收入证明

8、ACCOMMODATION 住宿证明
Reservation of a hotel or sufficient resources to cover hotel expenses (to the amount of €120/day) or atenancy agreement or certificate of ownership. If staying with a private individual : proof of accommodation(Cerfa form).
