持普通护照的老挝公民赴华均须根据赴华事由提前办妥相应种类的签证。近期，一些非法中介收取高额费用并声称“不需要材料就能办中国签证”。在此，中国驻琅勃拉邦总领事馆提醒您警惕非法中介，避免个人利益受损：
一、关注驻老挝使领馆官网、中国签证在线办理网站https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/公布的办证须知，按照赴华目的准备真实、有效、齐全的材料后申请赴华签证。
二、赴华签证申请可本人办理或他人代办。中国驻老挝使领馆从未与任何代办机构建立合作关系，或指定其为官方授权机构，也从不向申请人推荐任何代办机构，更不会在签证受理环节向任何机构提供超过其他申请人的特殊便利条件。
三、申请赴华签证并不能保证获批。能否获得签证，获得何种签证、入境次数及有效期、停留期由领事官员决定。领事官员将综合考虑申请人赴华目的、停留时间及申请材料发放签证。
四、驻老挝使领馆官网、使领馆领事办证大厅公布赴华签证收费标准。如中介收取明显超出常识的高额代办费用，请您保持警惕，以防上当受骗。
五、如您发现非法中介线索，可通过consulate_laomfa.gov.cn邮箱向我馆提供相关材料。

Reminder on being vigilant against illegal visa agencies
Laotian citizens holding ordinary passports must apply for the corresponding type of visa in advance according to the purpose of their visit to China. Recently some illegal agencies have charged high fees and claimed that Chinese visas can be issued without any materials. Here the Chinese Consulate General in Luang Prabang reminds you to be vigilant against illegal agencies to avoid personal interests being damaged
1. Pay attention to the application instructions published on the official website of the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Laos and the Chinese Visa Online Application Website https//consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/ and apply for a visa to China after preparing authentic valid and complete materials according to the purpose of traveling to China.
2. Visa applications to China can be made by yourself or by someone else. The Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Laos has never established a cooperative relationship with any agency or designated it as an officially authorized agency nor has it ever recommended any agency to applicants let alone provide any agency with special convenience conditions that exceed other applicants in the visa acceptance process.
3. Applying for a visa to China does not guarantee approval. Whether a visa can be obtained what type of visa to obtain the number of entries and validity period and the duration of stay are determined by consular officials. Consular officers will issue visas based on the applicants purpose of visit length of stay and application materials.
4. The official website of the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in Laos and the Consular Office of the Embassy and Consulate will announce the visa fee standards for visiting China. If the agency charges a high agency fee that is obviously beyond common sense please be vigilant to avoid being deceived.
