2020年10月，泰国大使馆公布了2020年泰国STV签证(Special Tourist Visa) 的办理所需材料、费用以及办理流程，具体细节如下：
护照原件以及两张护照首页复印件（有效期不少于十二个月）

两张申请人的照片（2寸白底彩色证件照）

两张填写完整的签证申请表

银行存款证明（原件）以及开具此证明的银行的联系方式，证明六个月内银行流水金额不少于折合500,000泰铢的存折复印件；或可保障在泰停留期间生活所需费用的财产证明和其他证明（如在泰公寓产权证明或不低于租赁或购买公寓总价的25%的支付证明）

在泰停留期间的医疗险和意外险，其中门诊保险额度不低于40,000泰铢，住院保险额度不低于400,000泰铢，以及保险额度不低于100,000美元可在泰国治疗新冠肺炎的保险。申请人需提供覆盖以上要求种类的保险，缺一不可

6.1已支付至少14天的官方指定隔离酒店（ASQ Hotel）隔离费用证明 (须由酒店直接出具，并明确显示纳税人识别号)


6.2已支付的在泰停留期间租住费用证明（须由酒店或租赁方直接出具，并明确显示纳税人识别号）包括：酒店、公寓或其他形式的可租赁住房、在泰公寓产权证明，或不低于租赁或购买公寓总价的25%的支付证明

申请人的合法配偶（无年龄限制）及子女（不超过20岁），需提供亲属关系证明及以上1 – 6.1项所需材料

1. Original passport and copies of front page of passport (passport valid for no less than 12 months)   X 2
2. Photos of the applicant (2-inch color photo with white background)  X 2
3.  completed filling visa application forms  X 2
4. Bank deposit certificate and the contact information of the bank which issuing this certificate,the amount of detailed bank statement shallnot be less than 500,000 baht within six months or applicants’ property certificate and other certificates that can guarantee the expenses of living inThailand (such as property certificate of apartments in Thailand or payment certificate no less than 25% of the total price of rental or purchaseapartment)
5. Insurance, should include medical insurance and accident insurance.
The outpatient insurance coverage should be no less than 40,000 baht.
The inpatient insurance coverage should be no less than 400,000 baht.
The COVID-19 insurance coverage should be no less than 100,000 dollars.
Applicants are required to provide thetypes of insurance required above.
6.1 Proof of payment confirmation for 14-day ASQHotel (This confirmationshould be issued directly by the hotel and show the taxpayer identification number)
6.2 Certificates of rental expenses paidduring the stay in Thailand (which must be issued directly by the hotel or the leaser and clearly show the taxpayer identification number) include: Hotel, apartment or other forms ofrentable housing, property right certificate of apartment in Thailand, orpayment certificate no less than 25% of the total price of the rental orpurchased apartment.
7. The legal spouse (no age limit) and children (no older than 20 years old) of the applicant shall provide documents required(1-6.1 ) above.
