二、西班牙签证提交后，如何领取护照
Upon completion of the submission here is to present the process of collecting your passport back.
邮寄护照
西班牙总领事馆受理完申请人的签证申请，申请人的护照寄回申请人在签证中心所预留的邮寄地址。
Once the application has been processed by the Spain Consulate General. The applicants passport will be couriered out to the address that the applicant choosed to deliver in Spain Visa Application center.

代理递交申请资料和领取护照
护照返回到签证申请中心，若申请人需要他人代取护照，您必须携带委托书/委托人身份证复印件及收据和受理证明领取护照。如需了解护照返还护照退回时间，请通过西班牙签证中心申请官网查询：

The passport is returned to the Visa Application center If the applicant needs someone else to pick up the passport the representative must bring the letter of authorizationIdentification copy and the receipt with acceptance proof  for collection of the applicants passport. 仅上海领区签证申请需由本人来本签证申请中心递交。递交完毕，申请人可以委托他人代办剩余的手续。
北京领区的签证申请，10人含以下的申请人可亲自或委托第三人前往签证申请中心提交申请资料。请正确打印、填写 授权书 ，并将其和被授权人的身份证原件和复印件递交签证中心申请窗口。

如您需委托他人领取护照，则必须在递交申请时提供填写完整并签字的委托书。 “领取护照时需出示签证申请中心发出的确认回执 ，由申请人签名的完整 委托书 及代理人的身份证复印件。
提示：如您需领取未成年护照时，则必须提交出生证明复印件以及回执单。

有关各类申请状态的含义：
Payment received Acceda pending指的是申请人在签证中心完
成付款，申请人材料将被录入使领馆系统
Acceda done Ready for Outscan 指的是申请人材料已录入使领馆系统
Passport ready for collection：指的是护照从领事馆取出
Inscan at Mission：指的是申请材料已经到达使领馆审核中
Outscanned to Mission：指的是申请人材料在送往使领馆的途中
Processing at mission申请人材料在使馆受理中
Courier done 护照已寄出
Passport delivered at Counter：指的是护照已经返回签证中心
