Charge d’Affairs Rob Forden, the U.S. Embassy Beijing, and all of Mission China proudly welcome Chinese students back to the USA!  We have started to issue student visas from Tuesday May 4 and look forward to helping you pursue your education in the United States.

In keeping with the Department of State’s commitment to facilitate legitimate travel to the United States, U.S. Secretary of State Blinken approved on April 26 several National Interest Exceptions to travel restrictions imposed under Presidential Proclamations aimed at addressing the threat to public health of the COVID-19 pandemic.
