自2021年5月31日起，将对入境土耳其的旅客实行以下新冠疫情防控措施；

疫情防控措施
-来自阿富汗、巴基斯坦、巴西、孟加拉国、南非、尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、印度以及14天内途径以上国家的旅客必须在入境土耳其之前提供72小时的新冠核酸检测阴性证明，入境后在政府指定地点隔离14天。

-来自埃及、新加坡、英国、伊朗的旅客必须在入境土耳其之前提供72小时的新冠核酸检测阴性证明。

-来自以上所列国家之外的其他国家旅客（中国适用于本条措施），如不能提供所在国家官方机构出具的入境土耳其前至少14天接受疫苗接种的证明和/或在入境前6个月感染新冠的证明，必须在入境土耳其之前提供72小时的新冠核酸检测阴性证明或者48小时快速新冠抗体检测阴性证明。

-来自以上所列国家之外的其他国家旅客（包括中国），将在旅客入境口岸接受新冠核酸抽样检测。

旅客在接受新冠核酸抽样检测取样之后，可以前往其目的地。如果检测结果为阳性，将接受治疗和/或与其密切接触者一起，在其指定地点接受14天的隔离。

-对于机组人员（飞机/船只），船员以及货车司机无核酸检测和隔离要求。

- Passengers arriving from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and those who have been in these countries for the last 14 days must submit a negative PCR test result taken at most 72 hours before their arrival to Turkey.  These passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days at places determined by the governorships.

- Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt and Singapore will be requested to submit a PCR test report with a negative result within the last 72 hours prior to arriving Turkey.

- For passangers arriving from the countries other than those listed above (China is in this group), those who do not submit a document issued by their relevant country’s official authorities stating that they have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arriving Turkey and/or have had the disease within the last 6 months before entry, a PCR test report with a negative result within the last 72 hours or a rapid antigen test report with a negative result within the last 48 hours prior to the entry will be sufficient.

- For passengers arriving from the countries other than those listed above (including China), PCR tests will be performed on the basis of sampling at the passengers’ entry point.

Passengers will be allowed to go to their final destination after the test samples are taken, and if the test results are positive afterwards, they will be treated and/or will be quarantined for 14 days at the addresses they have determined, together with persons they have been in close contact.

- There will be no PCR requirement and quarantine for the crew (airplane/ship), seamen and truck drivers.
