2020年7月，希腊已经恢复签证办理和旅游入境。不过为了疫情防控，自2020年7月9日起，获准入境希腊的旅客必须在入境希腊前至少24小时填写其《旅客定位表（PLF）》，并提供详细的个人、交通和联系方式以及在希腊逗留期间的住址。

As of July 9th 2020, travelers that are allowed to visit Greece must complete their Passenger Locator Form (PLF) at least 24 hours before entering the country and provide detailed personal, transportation and contact information as well as the address of their stay while in Greece.
旅客可在https://travel.gov.gr/和希腊外交部网站https://www.mfa.gr/index.html（希腊入境规定）上找到《旅客定位表》。
The PLF can be found on the platform https://travel.gov.gr/ and on the website of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs https://www.mfa.gr/index.html (Protocol for Arrivals in Greece).

旅客提交完《旅客定位表》后会收到一封确认邮件。旅客还会在预计抵达希腊日期的前一天通过邮箱收到带有二维码的《旅客定位表》且该网址会自动更新。该《旅客定位表》仅带有二维码时才有效。出示收到的确认邮件就足够的情况，仅针对搭乘飞机或游轮且未收到二维码的旅客。

Travelers will receive a confirmation e-mail upon submission of the PLF. Travelers will also receive the PLF document with a QR code one day before scheduled arrival in Greece. They will be notified again via e-mail and this URL will be automatically updated. The PLF document is only valid with the QR code. Only for those who travel by air or sea and have not received the QR code, the received confirmation e-mail will be sufficient.

下列通过海陆空方式入境希腊的游客必须填写《旅客定位表》：
The PLF must be completed by the following categories of travelers, who arrive at the land, air and sea points of entry:

§ 欧盟/申根成员国公民，包括其家庭成员

§ nationals of EU member-states and of Schengen Agreement, including their family members

§ 欧盟/申根成员国长期居民

§ long-term residents of EU/Schengen Agreement member-states

§ 持有欧盟/申根成员国居留许可的第三国公民

§ third-country nationals with residence permit in EU or Schengen Agreement member-states


§ 阿尔及利亚、澳大利亚、加拿大、格鲁吉亚、日本、黑山、摩洛哥、新西兰、卢旺达、韩国、泰国、突尼斯和乌拉圭的居民

§ residents of Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay

§ 特定类别的旅客（包括：

§ specific categories of travelers (including:

i. 过境旅客

transit passengers

ii. 医护人员，卫生领域的研究员和专家，只要他们能提供职业证明且入境希腊的目的与其职业有关

medical and nursing staff, researchers and professionals in the field of health, as long as they provide evidence of their employment and under the condition that the entry to the country is related to their professional duties
iii. 政府使团成员

members of governmental missions

iv. 外交和领事使团成员，国际和欧洲组织工作人员，人道主义组织工作人员，军事人员，民防人员

members of Diplomatic and Consular missions, staff of international and European organizations, staff of humanitarian organizations, military personnel, civil protection personnel

v. 运输人员，包括机组成员和船员

transport personnel, including aircraft and ship crew members

vi. 学生，只要他们提供其身份证明并接受医疗检查

students, as long as they provide evidence of their status and undergo a medical check

vii. 老年人护理专业人员和那些照顾需要帮助的人的人员，只要他们提供其职业证明并接受医疗检查

elderly care professionals and those who take care of persons in need, as long as they provide evidence of their employment and undergo a medical check

viii. 农业领域的季节工，只要他们提供其身份证明并接受医疗检查

seasonal workers in the field of agriculture, as long as they provide evidence of their status and undergo a medical check

ix. 出于紧急的工作原因需入境希腊的旅客，但需要提供相关证明文件

passengers traveling for imperative professional reasons, under the condition that they provide relevant documents.
